_4. Submission GuidelinesManuscript Preparation:•Language: English•Formatting: Submissions should adhere to the APA (7th e

dition) style guidelines.•Length: Original research articles should not exceed 8,000 words, including references. Other article types should follow specific length requirements as detailed in the submission guidelines on our website.•File Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.Submission Process:•Online Submission: All manuscripts must be submitted through our online submission system available on the JGPCM website.•Cover Letter: Include a cover letter outlining the significance of the research and its fit with JGPCM’s scope.•Author Information: Provide complete author details, including affiliations and contact information.Publication Ethics: Authors must ensure that their work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal. _5. Peer Review ProcessJGPCM employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest standards of academic quality and integrity.

Steps in the Review Process:

 

1.Initial Screening: The editorial team assesses the manuscript for compliance with submission guidelines and relevance to the journal’s scope.

2.Peer Review: Suitable manuscripts are sent to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant area.

3.Decision: Based on reviewers’ feedback, the editorial board makes a decision to accept, request revisions, or reject the manuscript.

4.Revisions: Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit their manuscripts to address reviewers’ comments.
